Seller and platform
Q-Rato is a managed store operated by KVRA (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/527402/07, registered at 10 Caterham Crescent, Cape Farms, Western Cape, 7441, South Africa, which is the seller of record for every order placed here. Kivora by KVRA provides the storefront, checkout, and order-management platform. Goods are sold, invoiced and settled by the seller of record, who carries every obligation in these terms.
Orders, prices, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted only after payment and stock are confirmed. Prices are shown in South African rand. No VAT is charged because the seller is not VAT-registered; displayed product subtotals are tax inclusive. Delivery is calculated separately before payment, and payment is processed through a hosted provider.
Consumer rights
These terms work with the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and other applicable South African law. They do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
